SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) – The Sheboygan North High student arrested for making comments about shooting up the school in 2019 will appear in court for a plea hearing Friday afternoon.
19 year old Eric Larson was 17 when Sheboygan Police arrested him on a felony charge of making terrorist threats.
The criminal complaint says a teacher reported that Larson had said he wished North High would get shot up. In separate social media posts, he said he would shoot up North High and that North would be the next school to be subjected to a shooting.
When Larson was asked about these comments, he said it was just a joke.
Larson’s facing 9 months and $10,000 in fines if he’s found guilty.
