MILWAUKEE, WI (WHBL) – Adrian Houser pitched five and two thirds innings and also hit the first home run of his career as the Milwaukee Brewers edged the Miami Marlins 5-4 at American Family Field on Tuesday night. Houser struck out seven and allowed just three runs.
Tyrone Taylor made it back to back homers for Milwaukee as he went deep right after Houser in the second inning.
Jesus Aguilar clubbed his fourth home run of the season for the Marlins. Jon Berti also went deep for Miami, which has dropped four-of-six.
The rubber match of the series takes place Wednesday afternoon. Pregame coverage on WHBL begins at 12:05.
