ATLANTA, GA (WHBL) – The Milwaukee Bucks welcomed Giannis Antetokounmpo back in a 120-109 win over the Hawks in Atlanta on Thursday. Seven Bucks scored in double-figures, led by Jrue Holiday’s 23 points. Brook Lopez had 19 points and 12 rebounds.
Giannis Antetokounmpo returned to the Bucks’ lineup after missing six games with left knee soreness. He scored 15 points, hauled down five boards, dished out two assists, made three steals, and blocked a shot in less than 25 minutes on the floor. It was his first action since April 2nd.
Bogdan Bogdanovic netted 28 points for the Hawks.
The Bucks open a four-game homestand Saturday night against the Memphis Grizzlies. Milwaukee has won three in-a-row and improve to 35-20, tops in the Central Division.
