MILWAUKEE, WI (WHBL) – The Milwaukee Brewers erased a 1-0 deficit with a six-run sixth inning in a 6-3 win over the Chicago Cubs in Milwaukee on Monday night.
A pinch-hit, three-run double by Luis Urias got it going for Milwaukee. Billy McKinney had three hits and scored a run as the Brewers won their third straight.
Freddy Peralta struck out 10 over six innings for the win and Josh Hader got his first save.
Adbert Alzolay took the loss. Kris Bryant homered for Chicago, which lost its third straight.
Brandon Woodruff is on the mound tonight for the Brewers as they face the Cubs again at American Family Field. Woodruff held Chicago to one hit in seven scoreless innings last Wednesday. The Cubs counter with Kyle Hendricks.
