One person needed to be extracted, and both occupants had to be hospitalized after their vehicle, southbound on Highway 28, was struck by a vehicle that failed to yield the right of way as it traveled westbound on 144 through the intersection in the Town of Scott.
Sargeant Jesse Smith of the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office reports that the 911 call came in on Wednesday at around 6:25 P.M.
Both injured parties were minors; the passenger was transported to Children’s Hospital by Flight for Life and the driver was transported to Aurora Grafton by ambulance. Both had non-life threatening injuries.
No information was released about the driver of the westbound vehicle or any charges that may result.
