MILWAUKEE, WI (WHBL) – Adrian Houser gave up two runs on four hits and two walks while striking out four batters in five innings of work in the Milwaukee Brewers’ 8-2 loss to the Twins on Sunday.
Jackie Bradley Jr. homered in defeat as the Brewers fall to 1-2.
Michael Pineda pitched five innings of one-run ball for the Twins. Mitch Garver and Miguel Sano both homered in the win.
The Brewers open a six-game road trip beginning with a three-game series Monday in Chicago against the Cubs. Lefty Brett Anderson will start for Milwaukee. Trevor Williams will start for Chicago.
