A plea agreement has been reached in the case of a 59-year-old Town of Mishicot man related to federal sexual abuse and child pornography charges. Timothy Tetzlaff entered a guilty plea, faces at least 15 years, and could get up to life imprisonment when he’s sentenced in front of Senior U.S. District Judge William Griesbach on June 28th.
Tetzlaff pled guilty to one count of interstate travel with the intent to engage a minor in criminal sexual activity, and another count of production of child pornography.
The case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched back in 2006.
