CLOSURES IN EFFECT ON BELL AVENUE, NORTH 5TH STREET

Sanitary sewer reconstruction will require closing both the 500 block of Bell Avenue and North 5th Street between Bell and Clifton Avenues for the next two weeks.

City Engineer Jordan Sucha says that those normally using 5th Street on that block will need to use 4th as a detour, and Bell Avenue traffic will be detoured to Euclid Avenue.  The closure is scheduled to last until March 29th.
