The Wisconsin Department of Health Services has launched the Wisconsin COVID-19 vaccine provider map to help people locate vaccination sites and connect with the providers. The map displays the providers and community-based vaccination clinics that are actively vaccinating, and sites are coded by shape and color to sort out the particular populations being served. The DHS plans to update the map every two weeks, meaning that doses may run out before updates occur.
All sites shown require pre-scheduled appointments, and there’s no guarantee vaccines will be available.
The Wisconsin Vaccine Map can be found here.
All information on vaccinations is included here.
