Those doing business with the City of Sheboygan next week will have only three day in which to take care of business due to a software upgrade. The system receiving the upgrade manages all core functions, including financials, procurement, HR, payroll, and revenues according to the software vendor.
During the two-day operation next Thursday and Friday, February 25th and 26th, the City will be unable to process parking ticket payments, dog and cat licensing; permitting, licensing and payment processing in the Building Inspection Division; and any receipting or permitting done through the Department of Public Works. In addition, the Sheboygan Police Department’s customer service window will be affected on Saturday the 27th.
Assuming all goes well, normal operations will resume Monday, March 1st.
