After reducing operations to once-per-week during the last two, holiday-filled weeks of 2020, the Wisconsin National Guard resumes its twice-weekly schedule of community testing for COVID-19 tomorrow. The free testing is conducted between 10 and 6 each Wednesday and Friday in the ADRC parking lot on Forest Avenue in Sheboygan Falls. Testing is free to anyone who’s experiencing COVID-like symptoms or who has been in close contact with a known positive case, and up to 450 persons can be tested each day.
Pre-registration isn’t required and won’t reserve a spot, but it does speed up the process and prevents data entry errors. You can do that by going online at COVID-19 Wisconsin Connect.
Since renewal on December 11th, National Guard teams have collected nearly 600 specimens in five sessions in Sheboygan County.
