
Bryon “Baby Bop” “Angle” S. Navis, 55, of Sheboygan, passed away unexpectedly at Aurora Memorial
Sheboygan Medical Center, on Friday, December 11, 2020. He was born May 17, 1965 in Plymouth to
Virgil and Rhea (Baganz) Navis. He graduated from Sheboygan County Christian High School. Bryon
went on to receive his Associates Degree in Business Accounting from LTC, and he furthered his
education at Lakeland College. He proudly served in the US Cost Guard and was honorably discharged.
Bryon was a shipping clerk at Georgia Pacific for 21 ½ years. He had an amazing work ethic and rarely
missed a day. Bryon was a history buff; he especially enjoyed the Civil War and was very active in the
Civil War Reenactments. He was an avid collector of knives and Civil War memorabilia. Bryon was a Star
Wars fan and enjoyed listening to music and going to concerts. His family was very important to him, he
sent them daily goofy text messages that they are going to miss. He loved creating lasting memories
with them, including the many pranks he pulled on them.
Bryon is survived by his wife Kitty Navis, his father Virgil Navis, father-in-law Russell Schmidt, children;
Tiffinie Navis of Lake Geneva, Carisha Bell of Sheboygan, Jeason Bell of Sheboygan, Anthony (Mikia) Bell
of Sheboygan, Trevor Navis of Fond Du Lac, Roberta (Nashon Howard) Navis of Sheboygan, and Jonas
Navis of Sheboygan, by seven grandchildren; Anthony “Zincy” Bell Jr., Mekhi “Mater”Atkins, La’Raiyah
“Bubbles” Bell, DayVeon “Rudie” Bell, My’Leah “Grandpa’s Little One/Hannah” Bell, Kamiyah
“Snowflake” Bell, and Kaydance Navis, by his sister Denise (Scott) Grotbeck of KS, and brothers; Brent
(Sarah) Navis of Wauwatosa and Brett (Diane) Navis of Oostburg, and sister-in-law Tammy Hanke. He is
further survived by many niece, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his
mother and daughter Mandi.
A public visitation will take place on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at
Ballhorn Chapels Funeral & Cremation Care Center, 1201 N. 8 th St. Sheboygan, all Covid 19 precautions
will be in place masks are required if you do not have one, one will be provided, social distancing of 6ft
and hand sanitizing as you enter, after you register, and as you leave the chapel. A private family service
will be livestreamed on the Ballhorn Chapels Website at 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 17, 2020, to

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Bryon’s name.
