SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) – The Wisconsin National Guard is again sending a specimen collection team to Sheboygan County in order to support local efforts to test people for COVID-19. The latest session will take place today and tomorrow at the Kettle Moraine Correctional Institution west of Plymouth.
This is the second time a National Guard team conducted operations there. The last time, June 24th – 26th, they collected over 1,400 specimens while there.
The Wisconsin National Guard tailors their teams to meet the needs of each facility they test, and were last in the county on August 10th when they collected nearly 350 specimens at one of the Pine Haven campuses in Sheboygan Falls.
