Judith Sorensen

Judith Dora Sorensen, age 82, of Plymouth, WI, passed away on Sunday, August 9 th , 2020, at the Sharon
S. Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.
She was born on February 8, 1938 in Grand Island, Nebraska, a daughter of the late Paul and Lenora
(Trautman) Claus.
She attended Grand Island Grade Schools and Grand Island High School.
On July 3, 1955 she married Peter Sorensen Sr. in Grand Island, NE.
She worked for JC Penny in the Woodfield Mall, and K-Mart in Plymouth.
Judy enjoyed crocheting and ceramics.
Survivors include her husband, Peter; three children, Matthew (Debbie) Sorensen, Monica (James)
Salentiny, Peter Jr. (Diane) Sorensen; eight grandchildren, Jaclyn Manning, Kevin, Justin, Kyle, Connor,
Derrick, Blake and Paige; one brother, Paul (Theresa) Claus.
She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Jennifer; brother, Terry; brother-in-law, Richard;
and sister-in-law, Paulette.
Following Judy’s wishes, cremation has taken place and private family services will be held. Inurnment
will take place at Green Lawn Memorial Park in Sheboygan.
