Wisconsin State Patrol troopers will be taking to the air, surveilling four Wisconsin counties for aggressive driving next week, and among those is Ozaukee.
Aerial patrols put troopers in aircraft, looking for speeding and aggressive drivers. When spotted, ground units are called to make a stop. Advance notice is given in hopes of prompting voluntary compliance in the interest of safety, however any violators caught can be ticketed.
On Monday, US Highway 51 will be monitored on Oneida County. Tuesday the 14th patrol involves I-94 in Jackson County. I-43 in Ozaukee County is targeted for Wednesday, July 15th, while on Thursday the 16th, aircraft will be overhead of Wisconsin Highway 29 in Chippewa County.
