Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Dept
A 44-year-old Fond du Lac woman sustained serious injuries when she fell from a motorcycle on Friday evening. The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of a crash on County Highway T near Dotyville, about 8 miles west of Greenbush at 6:25 PM Friday. The caller reported that a passenger had fallen from the motorcycle. The operator, a 54-year-old Fond du Lac man – who was uninjured – stopped immediately to render aid.
Units from Mount Calvary, the City of Fond du Lac and ThedaStar responded to the scene where the woman was found to have serious injuries. She was flown by ThedaStar to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah for treatment. Investigators who continue looking into the incident stated that neither speed nor alcohol were factors in the crash. Neither of the two involved were wearing helmets at the time.
