Manitowoc Police
Police in Manitowoc are asking for the public’s help in identifying a witness to an indecent exposure incident reported at Repeat Performance on Enterprise Court.
Investigators say the incident occurred Monday between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and are seeking information from anyone who may have witnessed what happened.
