A 22-year-old Fond du Lac County woman will be spending the next 35 years in prison for stabbing a woman to death in a drug deal gone wrong. Annaka Trudell pleaded no contest to the crime which left 33 year old Ashley Calo of West Bend dead.
According to court records, Trudell and co-defendant Dawson Miller had planned to rob the victim instead of purchasing pills from her. Calo was found slumped over in her vehicle after it crashed outside a bar in Fond Du Lac—her 3 year old child was in the backseat.
