Mark Alan Stevens, age 74, of Sheboygan, entered Heaven on May 15, 2026.
Born January 6, 1952 to Donald Earl and Dorothy (Jackson) Stevens, Mark spent his early years in Manitowoc before moving to Illinois and eventually Sheboygan Falls, where he graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School in 1970.
Mark was known for his adventurous spirit, from pursuing a career in broadcasting to hitchhiking across the U.S., and spending several years in Nashville’s music scene. He was an entrepreneur, running his own house painting business for many years, but his true passion was music. He was an avid guitar player and a gifted songwriter.
Beyond music, Mark found joy in being a devoted son, father, and grandfather. His daughter, Kayla, was the joy of his life and he poured everything he had into raising her. He loved being “Grandpa Mark” to his grandchildren and caring for his beloved mother.
Though his spirit cannot be encapsulated in words, Mark was a man of honesty and integrity who cared deeply for his family, friends, and everyone around him. His is a legacy of love that will never be forgotten.
In accordance with his wishes, Mark has been cremated and a celebration of his life will take place at a later date.
