The Sheboygan County food bank wants to make sure no child goes hungry—and they need your help to make it happen. The Food Bank’s “Food for Thought for Kids” program provides bags filled with kid-friendly meals and snacks for students who may otherwise face food insecurity on weekends or when school isn’t in session.
The food bank is asking for donations to reach their goal of raising $150,000—enough money to provide 750 children with a bag of food each week during the next school year. You can make this goal a reality by creating a fundraising page as an individual, starting a fundraising team, or giving now, online, to help a child stay nourished, focused, and ready to learn.
And– Every dollar you give goes twice as far Thanks to Black Spring Foundation’s generous gift, where they will match up to $150,000. More info on how to help can be found by clicking this link.
