Lakeland University celebrated its employees with a luncheon to recognize service anniversaries and the winners of various awards, including the Big Fish Awards.
Assistant professor of nursing, director of nursing and chair of the School of Education, Nursing and Continuing Studies Kerry Hamm, and Director of Facilities, Joe Beniger, were presented with this year’s Big Fish Award. This award recognizes outstanding contributions by an employee who demonstrates extra efforts that have a positive effect on fellow employees and students, and on the mission and values of Lakeland.
Other awards were presented to Bursar Sam Jessup, and Human Resource Coordinator Michaela Heling.
