A former Kohler School District employee has been arrested on 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
According to court documents, former Kohler High School assistant football coach, Nicholas Carlos McNutt of Sheboygan, was arrested following a cyber tip more than 2 months ago. Yet it took until this past Wednesday that, in a letter to parents, Kohler School District officials stated that they only learned of the charges against the former employee on Wednesday. The letter from Superintendent Dr. Michael Juech stated that the 55-year-old McNutt worked only the 2025-‘26 football season, was no longer employed by the district and that there was no knowledge of any district students being involved.
McNutt is being held on $500,000 bond. He’s due back in court on June 6th.
