A man was seriously hurt in a motorcycle crash on Monday and the Sheboygan Police Department is asking witnesses to help them figure it all out.
The SPD sent officers to the intersection of 10th and New York Avenue around noon Monday where officers found a white Honda sport motorcycle that had been southbound on North 10th Street. The 42-year-old Sheboygan man driving the cycle had crashed in the grassy area adjacent to the intersection suffering from serious, life-threatening injuries. He was treated at the scene before being transferred to a Milwaukee area hospital.
Police are aware that others may have witnessed the crash or seen the motorcycle before it happened. He would have been southbound on north 10th between Michigan and Penn Avenues around noon. Anyone with info is asked to contact the SPD at 920-459-3333.
