For Wisconsin, and Sheboygan County, too, spring weather can depend on location. Over the next two days just about anything from mild and wild thunderstorms, to cold and icy conditions could present problems. For today, the “best” weather means cloudy and blustery, but dry with daytime temperatures around ten degrees colder than usual for April 1st. Overnight, though, more trouble sets in as those in the northwestern half of the county could see rain and snow showers changing to freezing rain causing hazardous ice accumulations for the morning commute. Those living along the lakeshore should get only rain.

NWS Graphic
The entire county should see only rain by mid morning on Thursday as gusty south winds push highs into the 50s, but that introduces the slight risk of severe thunderstorms that could contain large hail and damaging winds. All of Sheboygan County could collect rainfall as high as an inch-and-a-quarter by Thursday night.

NWS Graphic
Good Friday weather should provide a break before more rain and thunderstorms arrive on Saturday with temperatures more typical of early April expected.
