Sheboygan’s Planning and Development Department has added another open house for citizens to review the updated draft of the Comprehensive Plan now under development. Director Taylor Zeinert announced that based upon additional community feedback and preferences regarding scheduling, a Saturday event has been added in order to better accommodate residents.
The final open house will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall on Saturday, April 11th from 10 AM until 12 Noon. The session will feature large-format displays of maps, data, and key elements of the updated Comprehensive Plan, similar to those presented at the March open houses. Staff will be on hand to answer questions and gather additional feedback. While a limited number of printed copies of the updated draft will be available on-site, web access is now available for examination online at the city’s website.
Anyone not able to provide feedback during past or upcoming sessions can still do so by contacting the Director of Planning and Development at 920-459-3383 or email tz1388@sheboyganwi.gov
