Big Brothers Big Sisters Wisconsin Shoreline has been named a BBBS Impact Award Winner for program excellence in 2025. The organization’s Nationwide Leadership Council, comprised of local agency leaders and board members, annually selects agencies for excellence in the organization’s signature 1-to-1 youth mentoring program.
Out of more than 230 agencies across the country, Big Brothers Big Sisters WI Shoreline was one of only 20 selected to receive the top honor. More than 300 Bigs and Littles were matched over the past year, but there are still 200 youth on the Shoreline waiting list yet to be matched.
BBBS Wisconsin Shoreline CEO Denise Wittstock stated that “If you’ve ever thought about making a difference in a young person’s life, now is a wonderful time to reach out and get involved.”
