The Sheboygan Police Department reports that its first ever “Skate with a Cop” at the Blue Line Ice Center was a huge success.
Nearly 100 children hit the ice with the officers—some, literally hitting the ice as it was the first time ever ice skating for several of the officers and participants.
The police department is already planning next year’s event, making it bigger and better—and maybe even adding some extra padding.
