Sheboygan Police Department
Members of the Sheboygan County Sexual Assault Response Team and the Domestic Abuse Response Team have presented Officer Justin Welsch with their Community Impact Award.
The award was presented for Officer Welsch’s work with a young victim of child and sexual abuse. Officials say Officer Welsch formed a connection with the young victim, which was instrumental in getting the victim to cooperate with the investigation.
