A trial date has been set for a Sheboygan man accused of sexual assault against a child.
36 year old Anthony M Costa entered a plea of not guilty to charges of 1st Degree child Sex Assault of a person under the age of 13, and a charge of Possession of Child Pornography. The activities Costa is accused of stem from an incident that happened this past June.
Costa is set to be in court on February 23rd for a pre-trial conference, and the trial is set to begin March 4th. Costa is currently being held at the Sheboygan County Jail on a half million dollar cash bail
