An 18 year old Milwaukee man has been arrested in connection with the shooting of 2 people in Sheboygan on January 17th. Police say the suspect had been identified the day after the shooting, and said that through coordinated law enforcement efforts, he was taken into custody on Tuesday.
Officials say charges will be referred to the Sheboygan County District Attorney’s office. The shooting left 19-year-old Joseph Torres dead and an 18-year-old woman recovering from injuries.
