Court hearings have been delayed in the case of the man accused of killing Canadian tourist Giovanni Michael Robinson back in September.
Lawyers for 36 year old Luis Cruz Burgos were granted additional time to review the large amount of documents being received in the case. Burgos will return to court on March 17th for the next status conference on the case.
Burgos is accused of shooting Robinson in Sheboygan Falls on September 24 last year after Robinson’s group failed to agree with Burgos on a price for transportation back to Kohler.
