The Sheboygan Warming Center has received a $50,000 donation from Acuity Insurance.
The Sheboygan County Warming Center provides a warm, safe overnight space for people experiencing homelessness or housing instability when temperatures drop to dangerous levels. Operated through community partnerships and volunteers, the center offers more than shelter—it provides dignity, human connection, and protection from extreme cold when survival is at risk.
Sheboygan Warming Center Executive Director Liz Kroll says the donation couldn’t come at a better time, as wind chills are maintaining dangerous levels in our area, making the shelter a critical resource for those in need.
