The number of homes sold in Sheboygan County during November slid compared to last year, while the median selling price was slightly lower.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association said that homes here sold at a median price of $262,000 last month, down 1.7% from last year, with 75 units sold – down nearly 17% (16.7%) from 2024.
Among neighboring counties, Ozaukee saw the largest price drop of 9.1% to $400,000, while the Manitowoc County median price was up 14.1% compared to last year at $259,900. Sales volume plunged nearly 43% (42.9%) in Calumet County and Fond du Lac County saw sales down by nearly a quarter (23.5%). Manitowoc County was the only neighbor seeing a gain in volume at 2.5%.
The average home spent 60 days on the market in Sheboygan County last month, that’s a 2-day gain over last year.
