John M. Chvarak, age 75, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at his home.
He was born on June 17, 1950 in Sheboygan. John graduated from North High School and proudly served in the United States Navy.
Following John’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
John is survived by many cousins.
The family would like to thank the Sheboygan Police Department, especially Officer Johnson, for the care and compassion shown during this difficult time.
A memorial fund has been established in John’s name.
