If you thought the Wisconsin deer hunt was done for another year, you’d be way off. While the 9-day gun deer season gets most of the attention, a number of other hunting seasons are underway.
Currently the Muzzleloader season runs through December 10th. Following that, the Statewide Antlerless-Only Hunt is conducted December 11-14. The next event is the Antlerless-Only Holiday Hunt December 24 – January 1 in select Farmland Zone units (including Sheboygan County), while the Extended Archery Season also begins Christmas Eve, but runs until January 31.
