An organization that advocates in Madison for issues impacting Wisconsin residents with disabilities has awarded internships to a Sheboygan resident, along with another from Menomonee Falls. The BPDD, in collaboration with the Inclusa Foundation has named Tiffany Schanno of Sheboygan and Ranjit Singh of Menominee Falls as Wisconsin Disability Policy Fellows for the 2025-26 term. The announcement credited their expertise, passion, and commitment to disability policy and advocacy for their selection from a highly competitive pool of applicants.
Schanno will serve her Fellowship at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services in the Division of Medicaid Services, where she will focus on intellectual and developmental disability and mental health, competitive integrated employment, and strength-based assessment tools among children and adult long-term care subjects. Singh will contribute to key projects aimed at evaluating the use of technology serving clients within the DHS’s Division of Quality Assurance.
