Christine Ann Flood (Berenz)
Chris Flood passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Rocky Knoll where she spent the last 6 weeks under Sharon Richardson Hospice care.
Chris was born September 19, 1952, in Plymouth, WI, the daughter of the late Alfred and Delores (Jens) Berenz. She attended St. John Lutheran Grade School and graduated from Plymouth High School in 1970. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Plymouth, WI her entire life.
Chris married Pat Flood on October 30, 1998. They enjoyed many years of travel together. Over the years Chris had several different jobs including Arndt’s restaurant, Millers Guest House, and the Hotel Mitchell where she learned her love of cooking from Dolores Collins. She then changed her career path and worked at Brown’s Floral where she discovered her love of flowers and making floral arrangements. She enjoyed making everyone’s day special from birthdays to weddings with her beautiful arrangements. She ended her career at Caans floral in Sheboygan, WI.
Chris is survived by her husband Pat and her loving cat Purrcy. She has three stepdaughters Deb Boone and husband Bryan of Eagle River; Sarah Schultz and husband Richard of Plymouth; Amy Morrelle and husband Scott of Sheboygan. Grandchildren Jordan Risse (Jazmine), Nick Risse (Emily); Connor, Brady and Kiley Schultz; and Gabby, Allysen, Zander Morrelle. She also has three great grandchildren Ivy, Eden and William. She is survived by Aunt Alice (Punky) Berenz and many loving cousins. She was preceded in death by both parents.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday, October 10th from 10-12 p.m. at Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. A Memorial Service will follow at 12 p.m. officiated by Rev. Andrew Thompson.
