A crash that could have been much worse resulted in only minor injuries, but major traffic issues on Thursday.
The accident happened on Highway 23 eastbound near Rangeline Road at around 5:30 p.m. when the driver of one vehicle veered out of her lane, entered the median and over-corrected, crossing back into traffic. The woman then struck another vehicle, causing hers to roll and the other vehicle to enter the ditch.
A Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Deputy was able to pull the woman, who sustained only minor injuries, from her vehicle, and nobody else was hurt.
Eastbound lanes of Highway 23 had to be shut down for a short time while crews cleaned up the crash scene.
