Handcuffed Suspect

Two former Random Lake students are facing multiple charges after they allegedly forced two brothers to perform sex acts on each other, and then distributed video of the event.
17-year-old Cole Guttmann and 16-year-old Spencer Dietrich had multiple felony charges filed against them including both first and second degree sexual assault, party to crimes of incest, sexual exploitation and child pornography, as well as false imprisonment, intimidation and causing bodily harm.
The victims’ mother reported the April, 2023 events to the Sheboygan Police Department almost a year later, leading to the arrests as well as a tense school board meeting last March.
Guttman is to make a scheduling appearance today, while Dietrich will make his pre-trial appearance in Sheboygan County Court on March 31.
