Charges of child sexual assault have been filed against a 26-year-old Sheboygan Man. A criminal complaint filed on Tuesday indicates that the crimes alleged against Spencer Husak occurred between February 1st of 2019 and the end of July 2022.
The complaint described numerous incidents in which Husak would place the girl, between 8 and 10 years old at those times, on his lap and assault her while she had sleepovers at a south side Sheboygan home, despite consistent complaints and resistance by the victim.
Husak is in the Sheboygan County Detention Center awaiting his next court appearance on February 12th. If convicted of all charges, he could be sentenced to as much as 60 years in prison.
