Sheboygan Police Department
Bill Adams, a Sheboygan Police Lieutenant, has filed a civil lawsuit against the City of Sheboygan.
According to the Wisconsin Circuit Court System, the suit was filed yesterday – and names the City of Sheboygan Police and Fire Commission as a defendant in the case.
The details surrounding the lawsuit aren’t made public, but this comes months after the first special meeting was scheduled by the Commission regarding charges filed against Lt. Adams – a meeting that has been delayed numerous times since October 3rd. He’d also applied for the Police Chief position after current Chief Domagalski announced his retirement, but was passed up, according to the commission, for “not meeting the job requirements”.
