It’ll be probation for the Sheboygan man accused of selling the drugs that ultimately led to another man’s death three years ago.
Donald Neese entered a No Contest Plea during his appearance in Sheboygan County Court on Friday. That plea was in response to a reduced charge of Harboring or Aiding a Felon. Neese had been facing a felony charge of First Degree Reckless Homicide, which carries a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison. Court documents say the death happened at a home on Kentucky Avenue in the City of Sheboygan on July 5 of 2021. Investigators say it was a drug overdose, and they say Neese had sold him the drug that ended his life.
