Adam Westbrook, the City of Sheboygan’s Former Human Resources Director who was arrested in February on child pornography charges, is set to be sentenced this week in Federal Court.
Westbrook was picked up after investigators say he sent child pornography via snapchat to Preston Kite, who was a Racine County Sheriff. Federal court documents say the criminal activity began in May of 2023, while Westbrook was still employed at the city – Westbrook had stepped down from his position as HR Director for the City of Sheboygan last August. Westbrook entered a guilty plea to a count of distributing child pornography. His sentencing takes place tomorrow.
