Our first taste of Winter Weather caught many drivers off guard, with many vehicles ending up in ditches.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office says that 4 of those vehicles were school buses that left the road during the morning rush-hour storm on Thursday. In addition, over 40 other vehicles needed assistance during the height of yesterday morning’s snowfall. Fortunately, there were no injuries in any of the crashes.
Sheboygan County saw about 4 inches of heavy, wet snow from yesterday’s storm, however much of that compressed as it fell, and by afternoon warmer temperatures and rain washed much of it away.
