(WHBL) – The Sheboygan Police Department, with the assistance of the Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Department, arrested a 41 year old male from Fredonia in connection with a hit and run involving a bicyclist on Sunday morning in the city of Sheboygan.
The suspect was taken to the Sheboygan County Detention Center for a probation violation and is being referred to the Sheboygan County District Attorney’s Office for a charge of hit and run causing great bodily harm.
The victim remains in critical condition at Froedtert hospital.
The vehicle involved in this incident was also recovered in Milwaukee.
The incident remains under investigation.
