Officials in Manitowoc are continuing to build their case against several suspects involved in a November, 2023 robbery and attempted homicide.
On November 4 last year the Manitowoc Police Department responded to a midday call of a person suffering a gunshot wound. Further investigation led to the hunt for a suspect eventually identified as 59-year-old Clarence, and 62-year-old Dianne Holder, both of Indianapolis. They were located there and accused of targeting the victim on charges of attempted burglary, attempted robbery, attempted homicide and firearms violations, eventually being extradited to Manitowoc this past January.
This past Sunday, officers of the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office, the City of Manitowoc Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Oscar Rodrigues of Manitowoc for his alleged conspiracy with Clarence Holder in committing the November, 2023 crime. While making that arrest during a traffic stop in the Town of Newton, a Michigan Man identified as Stacey Culbert was accompanying Rodrigues. Both were taken into custody along with a pound-and-a-half of cocaine they were transporting. Both were charged on intent to deliver allegations.
