IMF, Ukraine reach agreement that would give access to about $1.1 billion

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The International Monetary Fund said on Tuesday that a staff-level agreement was reached with Ukrainian authorities that would give Ukraine access to about $1.1 billion.
