SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) – Drivers on Sheboygan’s north side will want to avoid North Avenue eastbound between 7th and 6th streets now through August 19th as construction takes place at Memorial Hospital.
City Engineer Jordan Sucha said that westbound traffic won’t be affected, and Highland Terrace will be used to detour the eastbound flow.
