Colleen “Kelly” Swoboda, 65, of Plymouth, passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at Aurora Medical
Center, Sheboygan.
She was born to Vernon and Patricia (Foulds) Swoboda on April 1, 1959. She attended local Sheboygan
schools. Kelly was born into a loving family with seven kids. At the age of 17 she was involved in a tragic
car accident that changed her life forever.
Kelly made each day matter. She always remained positive every day of her life. She always had a smile.
At Rocky Knoll she enjoyed Life Enrichment activities, coloring pictures and visits from her family,
especially from her mom. Kelly’s favorite days of the year was hearing her nephew JR’s band, Big Bass
Trio play.
She is survived by her mother, Patricia Swoboda; siblings Kathy Swoboda, Pamela (Mike Sr.) Zastrow,
Mike Swoboda, John (Faith) Swoboda, Peggy (George) Limbeck and Christopher Swoboda;
nieces/nephews, Mike (Corey) Zastrow, Jr., Lisa Marie (Matt) Locke, Shelby (David) Williams, John
Swoboda, Jr., Shannon (Charlie) Breen, Lauren (Bryce) Limbeck, Sierra Swoboda and Cassandra
Swoboda; great-nieces/nephews, Cash, Presley, Elliot, Henry, Harrison, Connor, Ava, Jayden, Charlie Jr.,
Jacob and Emma; and other relatives and friends.
Kelly was preceded in death by her father Vernon Swoboda and nephew Justin.
A memorial service will be held on July 29, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. at Zimmer Westview Funeral Home,
W2132 Garton Rd, Sheboygan. Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 2:00 p.m. until the
time of service at the funeral home.

Aurora Medical Center, Sheboygan.
