June R. Froh, 92, of Sheboygan, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at Pine Haven,
Sheboygan Falls.
June was born to Hugo and Viola (Rautman) Winkel on June 16, 1932. June was united in marriage to
William Froh on May 12, 1951 in Sheboygan.
She was a longtime member of St. John UCC Church, Sheboygan.
June worked as the bookkeeper at her husband’s family business Froh Construction. She enjoyed reading,
gardening, watching Brewers games. June was a wonderful cook and baker. She loved spending time with
her family. June was a loving wife of 73 years and phenomenal mother/grandmother/great-grandmother.
She will be dearly missed.
June is survived by her husband William Froh; children, David (Kristine) Froh, Dale (Connie) Froh, Mark
(Kathleen) Froh, Cathy (Richard) Felde, Dennis (Diane) Froh and Lori (Kevin) Burgard; 9 grandchildren
and 12 great-grandchildren; one brother Frederick (Mary) Winkel; one sister Shirley Kaminsky; and other
relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Hugo and Viola Winkel; one great-grandchild Theo Matthew
Felde; siblings, Elaine (Merlin) Fiedler and Grace (Robert) Hemschmeyer and one brother-in-law Lee
Kaminskly.
Per June’s request a private family service was held at Ballhorn Chapels. She will be laid to rest at
Greenlawn Memorial Park, Kohler.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated in June’s name to Sharon S. Richardson Community
Hospice.
The Froh family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Pine Haven and Sharon S.
Richardson Community Hospice for their compassionate care of June.
